What is not covered by Shipping Protection?
Exclusions include: incorrect address entered by customer, customs delays, customer-refused returns, packages left unattended at your request, product defects unrelated to shipping, and orders without Shipping Protection purchased at checkout.
When is a package considered lost?
Domestic: no delivery update within 30 days. International: no delivery update within 60 days. You must report the loss within 7 days after that period.
Can I get a refund of the Shipping Protection fee?
The fee is non-refundable once the order has shipped. It is refundable only if the order is canceled before shipment.
What happens if my package is stolen after delivery?
You may need to provide a police report, security camera footage, carrier documentation, or a written statement. Claims without sufficient evidence may be denied.
