How soon must I report a damaged or lost package?

For damaged packages, you must contact ETENWOLF within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and damaged product. For lost packages, you must report within 7 days after the applicable waiting period (30 days for domestic, 60 days for international).

What does Shipping Protection cover?

It covers lost packages, damage during transit, delivery to an incorrect address by the carrier, and theft after confirmed delivery (with supporting documentation). Coverage starts once ETENWOLF ships your order with a valid tracking number.

What is NOT covered by Shipping Protection?

Exclusions include: incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer, customs delays, returns due to customer refusal, packages left unattended at customer request, product defects unrelated to shipping, and normal wear and tear. Orders without Shipping Protection purchased at checkout are also excluded.

How do I file a claim?

Email support@etenwolf.com with your order number, full name, description of the issue, photos (if applicable), and any supporting documents. ETENWOLF reviews claims within 3–5 business days.

Is the Shipping Protection fee refundable?

The fee is non-refundable once the order has shipped. It is refundable only if the order is canceled before it ships. The fee itself is not included in any claim reimbursement.
