When does Shipping Protection coverage begin?

Coverage starts after your order ships from ETENWOLF and a valid tracking number is assigned. It does not apply before shipment.

How do I file a claim for a damaged or lost package?

Contact support@etenwolf.com within 7 days of delivery (damage) or within 7 days after the lost-package window (30 days domestic / 60 days international). Include your order number, full name, description, photos, and any supporting documents.

Is the Shipping Protection fee refundable?

The fee is non-refundable once the order has shipped. It is only refundable if you cancel the order before shipment.

What is NOT covered by Shipping Protection?

Exclusions include: incorrect addresses entered by you, customs delays, orders refused upon delivery, packages left unattended at your request, product defects unrelated to shipping, and normal wear and tear.

How long does it take to process a claim?

ETENWOLF reviews claims within 3–5 business days. If approved, you will be offered either a replacement or a refund (at ETENWOLF’s discretion).
