What does Shipping Protection cover?
It covers loss during transit, damage during transit, delivery to an incorrect address by the carrier, and theft after confirmed delivery (with supporting documentation). Coverage starts once your package is shipped and has a valid tracking number.
How do I file a claim?
Email support@etenwolf.com with your order number, full name, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or documents. Most claims are reviewed within 3–5 business days.
When is a package considered lost?
For domestic (US) orders: if tracking hasn't updated to "Delivered" within 30 days. For international orders: within 60 days. You must report the loss within 7 days after that period ends.
What are the exclusions?
Shipping Protection does not cover: incorrect shipping addresses entered by you, customs delays, refused deliveries, packages left unattended at your request, product defects unrelated to shipping, or normal wear and tear.
Is the Shipping Protection fee refundable?
The fee is non-refundable once the order has shipped. It is refundable only if the entire order is canceled before shipment.
