How do I file a claim for lost or damaged shipment?
Email support@etenwolf.com with your order number, full name, description of the issue, and supporting photos or documents. Claims are reviewed within 3–5 business days.
Is the 3% fee refundable if I cancel my order?
Yes, the fee is refundable only if the order is canceled before it ships. Once shipped, the fee is non-refundable.
What is not covered by Shipping Protection?
Exclusions include: incorrect addresses entered by you, customs delays, refused deliveries, packages left unattended at your request, product defects unrelated to shipping, normal wear and tear, and orders without protection purchased at checkout.
How does stolen package coverage work?
If tracking shows ‘Delivered’ but the package is stolen, you must provide supporting documentation such as a police report, security camera footage, or a written statement. Claims without sufficient evidence may be denied.
Can I get a replacement instead of a refund?
Yes, at ETENWOLF’s discretion, we may offer either a replacement product or a refund for the covered items. The total liability never exceeds the original purchase value of the product(s).
