Coverage begins once your order is shipped with a valid tracking number, and claims are reviewed within 3–5 business days.

What is not covered by Shipping Protection?
Coverage does not include: incorrect addresses entered by the customer, customs delays, orders refused or left unattended at your request, product defects unrelated to shipping, or orders without protection purchased at checkout.
How do I file a claim?
Email support@etenwolf.com with your order number, full name, description of the issue, and supporting photos/documents. Claims are reviewed within 3–5 business days.
Is the Shipping Protection fee refundable?
The fee is non-refundable once the order has shipped. It can only be refunded if the order is canceled before shipment.
What is the deadline to report a lost package?
You must report a lost package within 7 days after the tracking has not updated to 'Delivered' — 30 days for domestic orders, 60 days for international orders.
