When is a package considered lost?
For domestic orders (US), if tracking hasn’t updated to ‘Delivered’ within 30 days after shipment. For international orders, within 60 days. Report the loss within 7 days after that period to start a claim.
Is theft after delivery covered?
Yes, if the package is marked ‘Delivered’ but believed stolen. You will need to provide supporting documentation such as a police report, security camera footage, carrier documentation, or a written statement. Claims without sufficient evidence may be denied.
Is the Shipping Protection fee refundable?
