When is a package considered lost?
Domestic orders (US) are considered lost if tracking hasn't updated to 'Delivered' within 30 days after shipment. International orders are considered lost after 60 days. You must report a lost package within 7 days after that time period.
How do I file a claim for damage or misdelivery?
