FAQs
How long do I have to file a claim for a lost package?
For domestic US orders, you must report a lost package within 7 days after 30 days of no delivery update. For international orders, the waiting period is 60 days before filing, also within 7 days after that.
What do I need to provide if my package arrives damaged?
You must email support@etenwolf.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and damaged product. Once approved, ETENWOLF will offer a replacement or refund.
Does Shipping Protection cover stolen packages?
Yes, but you may need to provide a police report, security camera footage, carrier documentation, or a written statement. Claims without sufficient evidence may be denied.
Is the Shipping Protection fee refundable?
The fee is non-refundable once the order has shipped. It is refundable only if the entire order is canceled before shipment.
What is NOT covered by Shipping Protection?
It does not cover: customer-entered incorrect addresses, customs delays, customer-refused returns, packages left unattended at your request, or product defects unrelated to shipping. The protection only applies if purchased at checkout.
