How do I file a claim for a damaged or lost package?

Contact support@etenwolf.com with your order number, full name, description of the issue, photos, and any supporting documents. Claims are reviewed within 3–5 business days.

What is not covered by Shipping Protection?

Exclusions include: incorrect address entered by you, customs delays, customer‑refused returns, packages left unattended at your request, product defects unrelated to shipping, normal wear and tear, and orders where protection was not purchased at checkout.

Can I get a refund of the Shipping Protection fee?

The fee is non‑refundable once the order has shipped. It is only refundable if the order itself is canceled before shipment.

How long do I have to report an issue?

Lost packages: report within 7 days after the 30‑day (domestic) or 60‑day (international) period. Damage, misdelivery, or theft: within 7 days of delivery.
