How much does Shipping Protection cost?
The fee is 3% of the total product value in your order, excluding taxes and shipping charges. For example, on a $12.00 product, the fee would be $0.36.
How do I file a claim?
Contact support@etenwolf.com with your order number, full name, description of the issue, photos (if applicable), and any supporting documents. Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery or the applicable lost-package timeframe. ETENWOLF reviews claims within 3–5 business days.
Can I get a refund for the Shipping Protection fee?
The protection fee is non-refundable once the order has shipped. It will be refunded only if the order is canceled before shipment.
What is not covered by Shipping Protection?
Exclusions include: incorrect addresses entered by the customer, customs delays, orders refused by the customer, packages left unattended at the customer’s request, product defects unrelated to shipping, normal wear and tear, and orders without Shipping Protection purchased at checkout.
