ETENWOLF Shipping Protection is an optional checkout add-on that covers eligible orders against loss, damage, misdelivery, or theft during transit. The fee is a simple 3% of your product total (excluding taxes and shipping). If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or is delivered to the wrong address, ETENWOLF will provide a replacement or refund after a quick claim review.

When is a package considered lost?
For domestic (US) orders: after 30 days with no "Delivered" update. For international orders: after 60 days. You must report it within 7 days after that period.
Does Shipping Protection cover stolen packages?
Yes, if the package shows "Delivered" but was stolen. You may need to provide a police report, security footage, carrier documentation, or a written statement. Claims without sufficient evidence may be denied.
Can I get a refund for the Shipping Protection fee?
The fee is non-refundable once the order has shipped. It will be refunded only if the order is canceled before shipment.
