For a small fee (3% of the product value, excluding tax/shipping), you gain coverage against eligible issues such as loss, damage, misdelivery, and theft after delivery. This service is available for both domestic and international orders and includes a straightforward claim process via email.

When is my package considered lost?
For domestic orders, a package is considered lost if tracking has not updated to 'Delivered' within 30 days after shipment. For international orders, the period is 60 days. You must report a lost package within 7 days after that time.
How do I file a claim for a damaged item?
Contact support@etenwolf.com within 7 days of delivery. Provide clear photos of the outer packaging, the shipping label, and the damaged product. Once approved, ETENWOLF may offer a replacement or refund for the affected item.
Does Shipping Protection cover stolen packages?
Yes, if the package is marked 'Delivered' but believed stolen, you may be asked to provide a police report, security camera footage, carrier documentation, and a written statement. Claims without sufficient evidence may be denied.
Is the Shipping Protection fee refundable?
The fee is non-refundable once the order has shipped. It is refundable only if the order is canceled before shipment.
What is not covered by Shipping Protection?
Exclusions include incorrect addresses entered by the customer, customs delays, orders returned due to customer refusal, packages left unattended at customer request, product defects unrelated to shipping, and normal wear and tear. Coverage also does not apply if Shipping Protection was not purchased at checkout.
