For just 3% of the total product value (excluding taxes and shipping), this optional checkout add-on covers eligible orders against loss, damage, misdelivery, and theft during transit. Coverage begins once your package ships and a valid tracking number is assigned. Claims are reviewed within 3–5 business days after you submit documentation to support@etenwolf.com.

What does ETENWOLF Shipping Protection cover?
It covers loss during transit, damage during transit, delivery to an incorrect address by the carrier, and theft after delivery (with supporting documentation like a police report or security footage). Coverage starts after the package is shipped and a valid tracking number is assigned.
How do I file a claim?
Email support@etenwolf.com with your order number, full name, description of the issue, and any supporting photos or documents (e.g., police report, photos of damage). Claims are reviewed within 3–5 business days.
What if my package is lost?
For domestic orders: if tracking hasn’t updated to “Delivered” within 30 days. For international orders: if tracking hasn’t updated within 60 days. You must report the loss within 7 days after that period. ETENWOLF may offer a replacement or refund at its discretion.
What is NOT covered by Shipping Protection?
It does not cover: incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer, customs clearance delays, orders returned due to customer refusal, packages left unattended at customer request, product defects unrelated to shipping, normal wear and tear, or orders without Shipping Protection purchased at checkout.
Can I get a refund for the Shipping Protection fee?
The fee is non-refundable once the order has shipped. It is refundable only if the order is canceled before shipment.
