Contact ETENWOLF within 7 days of delivery at support@etenwolf.com. Include clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and damaged product. Once approved, ETENWOLF may offer a replacement or refund.
When is a package considered lost?
For domestic US orders, a package may be considered lost if tracking hasn’t updated to "Delivered" within 30 days of shipment. For international orders, the period is 60 days. You must report the loss within 7 days after that time frame.
Is the Shipping Protection fee refundable?
The fee is non-refundable once your order has shipped. It is only refundable if the order is canceled before shipping.
Does Shipping Protection cover theft after delivery?
Yes, theft after delivery is covered if you can provide supporting documentation such as a police report, security camera footage, carrier documentation, or a written statement. Claims without sufficient evidence may be denied.
