How much does Shipping Protection cost?
The fee is 3% of the total product value in your order (excluding tax and shipping). For a $74.00 item, that’s $2.22.
When can I report a lost package?
For domestic US orders, wait 30 days from shipment if tracking hasn’t updated to “Delivered.” For international orders, wait 60 days. You must then notify us within 7 days after that period ends.
What do I need to file a damage or theft claim?
For damage: photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and damaged product within 7 days of delivery. For theft: you may be asked for a police report, security footage, carrier documentation, and a written statement.
Is the Shipping Protection fee refundable?
The fee is non-refundable once the order has shipped. It is refundable only if the order is canceled before shipment.
