Is the Shipping Protection fee refundable?

The fee is non-refundable once the order has shipped. It is refundable only if the order is canceled before shipment.

What is NOT covered by Shipping Protection?

It does not cover: incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer, customs clearance delays, orders returned due to customer refusal, packages left unattended at customer request, product defects unrelated to shipping, or normal wear and tear.
