Shipping Protection does not cover incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer, customs delays, customer refusal, packages left unattended at customer request, product defects, normal wear and tear, or orders without Shipping Protection purchased.
Can I get a refund for the Shipping Protection fee?
The fee is non-refundable once the order has shipped. It is refundable only if the order is canceled before shipment.
