You must contact us at support@etenwolf.com within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and damaged product. Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund.
Does Shipping Protection cover theft after delivery?
Yes, if tracking shows 'Delivered' and the package is believed stolen, you may file a claim. You may be required to provide a police report, security camera footage, carrier documentation, or a written statement. Claims without sufficient evidence may be denied.
Can I get a refund for the Shipping Protection fee itself?
The fee is non-refundable once the order has shipped. It is refundable only if the order is canceled before shipment.
