The fee is 3% of the total product value in your order, excluding taxes and shipping charges.
What do I do if my package is lost?
Contact support@etenwolf.com within 7 days after the eligible time period (30 days domestic / 60 days international with no “Delivered” update). ETENWOLF may offer a replacement or refund at their discretion.
What is required for a damage claim?
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the outer packaging, the shipping label, and the damaged product. Once approved, ETENWOLF will either replace the item or refund the affected item.
Does Shipping Protection cover theft after delivery?
Yes, if the package is marked “Delivered” and is believed stolen. You may need to provide a police report, security camera footage, carrier documentation, or a written statement. Claims without sufficient supporting evidence may be denied.
Can I get a refund for the Shipping Protection fee itself?
The fee is non-refundable once the order has shipped. It is refundable only if the entire order is canceled before shipment.
