When is a package considered lost?

For domestic US orders: tracking has not updated to “Delivered” within 30 days. For international orders: within 60 days. You must report the lost package within 7 days after those time periods.

Is the Shipping Protection fee refundable?

The fee is non-refundable once the order has shipped. It is only refundable if the order is canceled before shipment.

What is excluded from coverage?

Shipping Protection does not cover: incorrect addresses entered by you, customs delays, orders returned due to customer refusal, packages left unattended at your request, product defects unrelated to shipping, or normal wear and tear.
