How much does Shipping Protection cost?
The fee is 3% of the total product value in your order, not including taxes or shipping charges. For example, on a $53 product, the fee would be $1.59.
What do I do if my package arrives damaged?
Contact support@etenwolf.com within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the outer packaging, the shipping label, and the damaged product. Once approved, ETENWOLF will offer a replacement or refund.
When is a package considered lost?
For domestic (US) orders, 30 days after shipment if tracking hasn't updated to 'Delivered'. For international orders, 60 days after shipment. Report the loss within 7 days after that period ends.
Are theft claims covered?
Yes, but you may be asked to provide a police report, security camera footage, carrier documentation, and a written statement. Claims without sufficient evidence may be denied.
Is the Shipping Protection fee refundable?
The fee is non-refundable once the order has shipped. It is refundable only if the entire order is canceled before shipment.
