When does a package qualify as lost?

For domestic (US) orders, the package is considered lost if tracking has not updated to 'Delivered' within 30 days of shipment. For international orders, that period is 60 days. You must report it within 7 days after that time.

What do I need to file a damage claim?

Contact ETENWOLF within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the outer packaging, the shipping label, and the damaged product. Once approved, they may offer a replacement or refund.

Does Shipping Protection cover theft after delivery?

Yes, if the package is marked 'Delivered' but believed stolen, you may file a claim. You may be required to provide a police report, security camera footage, carrier documentation, and a written statement. Claims without sufficient evidence may be denied.

Is the Shipping Protection fee refundable?

The fee is non-refundable once the order has shipped. It is only refundable if the order is canceled before shipment.

What is NOT covered by Shipping Protection?

Exclusions include: incorrect shipping addresses entered by you, customs delays, orders refused by the customer, packages left unattended at your request, product defects unrelated to shipping, normal wear and tear, and any orders where Shipping Protection was not purchased at checkout.
