How do I purchase Shipping Protection?

My package was marked delivered but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
Contact us at support@etenwolf.com within 7 days of the tracking status. For theft claims, you may need to provide a police report, security footage, carrier documentation, or a written statement. We review each case individually.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Notify us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and the damaged product. Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund for the affected item(s).
Is the Shipping Protection fee refundable?
The fee is non-refundable once your order has shipped. It is only refundable if you cancel the order before it ships.
How long do I have to report a lost package?
For domestic orders (US), you have 30 days from shipment before it is considered lost. For international orders, wait 60 days. Once the applicable period passes, you must file your claim within 7 days.
