When does the coverage begin?
Coverage applies only after the package has been shipped by ETENWOLF and assigned a valid tracking number. It does not cover delays or issues before shipment.
What do I need to file a damage claim?
You must contact ETENWOLF within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the outer packaging, the shipping label, and the damaged product. Once approved, you may receive a replacement or refund of the affected item.
How do I report a lost package?
For domestic orders, if tracking hasn't updated to 'Delivered' within 30 days after shipment, you may report it lost. For international orders, it's 60 days. You must report within 7 days after the time period ends. ETENWOLF may offer a replacement or refund.
Is the Shipping Protection fee refundable?
The fee is non-refundable once the order has shipped. It is only refundable if the order is canceled before shipment.
Are there any exclusions I should know about?
Yes. Coverage does not apply if the customer provided the incorrect shipping address, if packages are left unattended at the customer's request, for delays caused by customs, for orders refused, or for product defects unrelated to shipping. The protection must also be purchased at checkout.
