ETENWOLF Shipping Protection is an optional service available at checkout that provides additional coverage for eligible orders during transit. The cost is 3% of the total product value (excluding taxes and shipping). By purchasing this protection, you agree to the terms covering loss, damage, misdelivery, and theft—with specific conditions and reporting windows.

What is not covered by Shipping Protection?

Is the Shipping Protection fee refundable?
No, it is non-refundable once the order has shipped. It is refundable only if the order is canceled before shipment.
When is a package considered lost?
Domestic: tracking not updated to 'Delivered' within 30 days after shipment. International: within 60 days. You must report within 7 days after that period.
What is the maximum reimbursement?
ETENWOLF's liability is limited to the original purchase value of the covered product(s). The Shipping Protection fee itself is not included in the reimbursement.
