Yes, if the package is marked delivered and believed stolen. You must provide supporting evidence such as a police report, security camera footage, carrier documentation, or a written statement. Claims without sufficient evidence may be denied.

Is the Shipping Protection fee refundable?

The fee is non-refundable once the order has shipped. If you cancel the order before shipment, the fee can be refunded.

Are there any exclusions I should know about?
