Can I get a refund for the protection fee?
The fee is non-refundable once shipped, but refundable if the order is canceled before shipment.
Are there any exclusions?
Yes. It does not cover incorrect addresses entered by you, customs delays, returned orders due to refusal, packages left unattended at your request, or product defects unrelated to shipping.
