When is a package considered lost?

For domestic (US) orders, if tracking hasn’t updated to “Delivered” within 30 days after shipment. For international orders, within 60 days. You must report the loss within 7 days after that period.

What is NOT covered by Shipping Protection?

Exclusions include: incorrect address entered by you, customs delays, refused deliveries, packages left unattended at your request, product defects unrelated to shipping, and normal wear and tear.

Can I get a refund for the Shipping Protection fee?

The fee is non-refundable once the order has shipped. It can only be refunded if you cancel the order before shipment.
