What does Shipping Protection cover?
It covers eligible orders against loss during transit, damage during transit, delivery to an incorrect address by the carrier, and theft after confirmed delivery (with supporting documentation). Coverage begins once the package is shipped and a valid tracking number is assigned.
How do I file a claim?
Contact support@etenwolf.com with your order number, full name, a description of the issue, photos (if applicable), and any supporting documents. Claims are reviewed within 3–5 business days.
When is a package considered lost?
For domestic US orders: if tracking hasn't updated to 'Delivered' within 30 days of shipment. For international orders: within 60 days. You must report a lost package within 7 days after that period ends.
Is the Shipping Protection fee refundable?
If the order is canceled before shipment, the fee is refundable. Once shipped, the fee is non-refundable.
What is NOT covered by Shipping Protection?
Exclusions include: incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer, customs delays, orders returned due to customer refusal, packages left unattended at customer request, product defects unrelated to shipping, normal wear and tear, and orders without Shipping Protection purchased at checkout.
