For a fee of 3% of your total product value (excluding taxes and shipping), you get coverage against loss, damage, misdelivery, and even theft after delivery — provided you meet the terms. This service is designed to ensure that if something goes wrong between our warehouse and your door, we have a straightforward path to make it right.

What does Shipping Protection cover?
It covers loss during transit, damage during transit, delivery to an incorrect address by the carrier, and theft after confirmed delivery (with supporting documentation). It does not cover delays caused by customs, customer-entered incorrect addresses, package refusal, or product defects unrelated to shipping.
How do I file a claim?

How soon must I report a problem?
