ETENWOLF Shipping Protection is an optional service you can add at checkout for extra peace of mind. For just 3% of your product total (excluding taxes and shipping), your eligible order is covered against loss, damage, misdelivery, or theft during transit. Simply file a claim, and we may offer a replacement or refund – note that this service is currently out of stock.

How do I file a claim?
Email support@etenwolf.com with your order number, full name, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos or documents. Claims are typically reviewed within 3–5 business days.
What is considered a lost package?
For domestic (US) orders, a package is considered lost if tracking has not updated to 'Delivered' within 30 days after shipment. For international orders, the period is 60 days. You must report it within 7 days after that time frame.
What is NOT covered by Shipping Protection?
Exclusions include: incorrect shipping addresses entered by you, customs delays, packages refused or left unattended at your request, product defects not from transit, and normal wear & tear. No coverage applies if you did not purchase the protection at checkout.
Is the Shipping Protection fee refundable?
The fee is non-refundable once the order has shipped. It is only refundable if the order is canceled before shipment. The protection fee itself is not included in any reimbursement.
