How do I file a shipping protection claim?

Email support@etenwolf.com with your order number, full name, description of the issue, and supporting photos/documents. Claims are reviewed within 3–5 business days.

How long do I have to report a lost package?

For domestic (US) orders, tracking must show no delivery update within 30 days of shipment. For international orders, the window is 60 days. You must report the loss within 7 days after that period ends.

What is NOT covered by shipping protection?

Exclusions include: incorrect address entered by the customer, customs delays, refused deliveries, unattended packages, product defects unrelated to shipping, and normal wear and tear. The protection fee is non-refundable once the order ships.

Is the shipping protection fee refundable?

The fee is non-refundable after shipment. It is refundable only if the entire order is canceled before it ships.

What happens if my package is stolen after delivery?

You must provide supporting evidence such as a police report, security camera footage, carrier documentation, and a written statement. Claims without sufficient proof may be denied.
