How long before a package is considered lost?
For domestic US orders: tracking must not update to 'Delivered' within 30 days. For international orders: tracking must not update to 'Delivered' within 60 days. You must report the loss within 7 days after that period ends.
Does Shipping Protection cover stolen packages?
Yes, but you’ll need supporting documentation such as a police report, security camera footage, carrier documentation, and a written statement. Claims without sufficient evidence may be denied.
Can I get a refund of the Shipping Protection fee?
The fee is non-refundable once the order has shipped. It is refundable only if the order is canceled before shipment.
