The fee is non-refundable once the order has shipped. It may only be refunded if the order is canceled before shipment.
What is not covered by Shipping Protection?
Exclusions include: incorrect shipping addresses entered by you, customs delays, customer-refused returns, packages left unattended at your request, product defects unrelated to shipping, and normal wear and tear. Orders without protection purchased at checkout are also not covered.
