ETENWOLF Shipping Protection is an optional add-on service available at checkout, designed to give you peace of mind for your order during transit. For a fee of 3% of your total product value (excluding taxes and shipping), you get coverage against loss, damage, misdelivery, and theft. Eligible claims can result in a replacement or refund, subject to the terms below.

How do I file a claim for Shipping Protection?

What does Shipping Protection cover?
It covers loss during transit, damage during transit, misdelivery by the carrier, and theft after confirmed delivery. You must report damage or misdelivery within 7 days. Lost packages are considered after 30 days (domestic) or 60 days (international).
What is NOT covered by Shipping Protection?
Exclusions include: customer-entered incorrect shipping addresses, customs delays, orders refused by the customer, packages left unattended at the customer's request, product defects unrelated to shipping, normal wear and tear, and any orders where Shipping Protection was not purchased at checkout.
Can I get a refund of the Shipping Protection fee?
The fee is non-refundable once the order has shipped. It is only refundable if the order is canceled before shipment.
