FAQs

When does a package qualify as "lost"?

For domestic (US) orders, a package is considered lost if tracking hasn't updated to “Delivered” within 30 days after shipment. For international orders, the window is 60 days. You must report the loss within 7 days after that deadline.

What do I need to provide for a damage claim?

You must contact ETENWOLF within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the outer packaging, the shipping label, and the damaged product. Once approved, you may receive a replacement or refund.

Is theft covered?

Yes, if the package is marked “Delivered” but believed stolen, you may need to provide a police report, security camera footage, carrier documentation, and/or a written statement. Claims without sufficient evidence may be denied.

What is NOT covered by Shipping Protection?

Exclusions include: incorrect addresses entered by the customer, customs delays, orders refused by the customer, packages left unattended at customer request, product defects unrelated to shipping, normal wear and tear, and any order where Shipping Protection was not purchased at checkout.

How do I file a claim?
