How do I file a claim?

Email support@etenwolf.com with your order number, full name, description of the issue, and any required photos or documents (e.g., police report for theft). Claims are reviewed within 3–5 business days.

When is a package considered lost?

For domestic (US) orders: if tracking hasn't updated to 'Delivered' within 30 days. For international: within 60 days. You must report the loss within 7 days after those time periods.

What is NOT covered?

Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer, customs delays, refused deliveries, unattended packages left at customer request, product defects unrelated to shipping, and normal wear and tear. Also, orders without purchased Shipping Protection are excluded.

Is the Shipping Protection fee refundable?

The fee is non-refundable once the order has shipped. It is refundable only if the order is canceled before shipment. The fee itself is not included in any reimbursement.
