What is covered if my package is stolen after delivery?
If your package is marked 'Delivered' and believed stolen, you may submit a claim with supporting evidence such as a police report, security camera footage, carrier documentation, and a written statement. Coverage is determined based on the documentation provided.
When is a package considered lost?
For domestic orders (United States), a package is considered lost if tracking hasn't updated to 'Delivered' within 30 days after shipment. For international orders, that period is 60 days. You must report the loss within 7 days after that time period ends.
Is the Shipping Protection fee refundable?
The fee is non-refundable once your order has shipped. It is refundable only if the order is canceled before shipment.
Are there any exclusions I should know about?
Yes. Shipping Protection does not cover: incorrect addresses you entered, customs delays, refused deliveries, packages left unattended at your request, product defects unrelated to shipping, or normal wear and tear. You must purchase Shipping Protection at checkout to be eligible.
