ETENWOLF Shipping Protection is an optional service available at checkout to provide additional coverage for eligible orders during transit. The fee is calculated as 3% of the total product value (excluding taxes and shipping). It covers loss, damage, carrier misdelivery, and theft after delivery (with supporting documentation). Coverage applies once the package is shipped with a valid tracking number.

What does Shipping Protection cover?

How do I file a claim?
Email support@etenwolf.com with your order number, full name, description, photos (if applicable), and supporting documents. For lost packages: domestic orders must wait 30 days, international 60 days. All claims must be filed within 7 days of the incident.
Is the Shipping Protection fee refundable?
The fee is non-refundable once the order has shipped. It is refundable only if the order is canceled before shipment.
What happens if my package is stolen after delivery?
You may need to provide a police report, security camera footage, carrier documentation, and a written statement. Claims without sufficient evidence may be denied.
How long does it take to process a claim?
ETENWOLF reviews claims within 3–5 business days. If approved, they may offer a replacement or refund.
