Is the Shipping Protection fee refundable?
The fee is non‑refundable once the order has shipped. It is refundable only if the order is canceled before shipment.
What are the main exclusions?
Shipping Protection does not cover: customer‑entered incorrect addresses, customs delays, refused deliveries, packages left unattended at customer request, product defects unrelated to shipping, normal wear and tear, or orders without protection purchased at checkout.
