For a fee of 3% of the total product value (excluding taxes and shipping), you gain added peace of mind. Coverage applies once your package is shipped with a valid tracking number. Claims are reviewed within 3–5 business days, and eligible issues may be resolved with a replacement or refund—all handled directly by ETENWOLF support.

What does Shipping Protection cover?
It covers loss during transit, damage during transit, delivery to an incorrect address by the carrier, and theft after confirmed delivery (if you provide supporting documents like a police report or security footage).
How do I file a claim?
Email support@etenwolf.com with your order number, full name, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos or documents. Claims are reviewed within 3–5 business days.
When is a package considered lost?
For domestic (US) orders, if tracking hasn't updated to 'Delivered' within 30 days of shipment. For international orders, within 60 days. You must report the loss within 7 days after that period ends.
What exceptions are not covered?
Shipping Protection does not cover: incorrect addresses entered by the customer, customs delays, orders refused by the customer, packages left unattended at your request, product defects unrelated to shipping, or normal wear and tear.
Is the Shipping Protection fee refundable?
The fee is non-refundable once the order has shipped. It is only refundable if the entire order is canceled before shipment.
