A domestic package is considered lost if tracking has not updated to 'Delivered' within 30 days after shipment. You must report it within 7 days after that period.

Are stolen packages covered?
Yes, if tracking shows 'Delivered' but the package is believed stolen, you may need to provide a police report, security camera footage, carrier documentation, or a written statement. Claims without sufficient evidence may be denied.
Is the shipping protection fee refundable?
The fee is non-refundable once the order has shipped. It is refundable only if the order is canceled before shipment.
