This service is only valid for orders with a valid tracking number shipped by ETENWOLF.

FAQs
How do I file a claim for a damaged package?
Contact support@etenwolf.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, full name, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and damaged product. Claims are reviewed within 3–5 business days.
When is a package considered lost?
For domestic US orders, if tracking has not updated to "Delivered" within 30 days after shipment. For international orders, if tracking has not updated within 60 days. You must report the lost package within 7 days after that time period.
Is the Shipping Protection fee refundable?
The fee is non-refundable once the order has shipped. It is refundable only if the order is canceled before shipment.
What is NOT covered by Shipping Protection?
It does not cover incorrect addresses entered by you, customs clearance delays, orders refused by the customer, packages left unattended at your request, product defects unrelated to shipping, or normal wear and tear.
What documentation is needed for a stolen package claim?
You may be required to provide a police report, security camera footage, carrier documentation, and a written statement. Claims without sufficient supporting evidence may be denied.
