What does Shipping Protection cover?

It covers loss during transit, damage during transit, delivery to an incorrect address by the carrier, and theft after confirmed delivery (with supporting documentation). Coverage begins after your package is shipped and a valid tracking number is assigned.

How do I file a claim?

Email support@etenwolf.com with your order number, full name, description of the issue, and any relevant photos or documents. Claims are reviewed within 3–5 business days.

When is a package considered lost?

For U.S. orders, if tracking hasn't updated to "Delivered" within 30 days after shipment. For international orders, within 60 days. You must report a lost package within 7 days after that period.

Is the Shipping Protection fee refundable?

The fee is non-refundable once the order has shipped. It is refundable only if the order is canceled before shipment.

What is not covered by Shipping Protection?

Exclusions include: incorrect shipping address entered by the customer, customs delays, customer-refused orders, packages left unattended at your request, product defects unrelated to shipping, and normal wear and tear. Orders without Shipping Protection purchased at checkout are also not covered.
