How do I file a claim?
Email support@etenwolf.com with your order number, full name, description of the issue, and supporting photos or documents. Claims are reviewed within 3–5 business days.
When is a package considered lost?
Domestic US orders: Tracking has not shown "Delivered" within 30 days of shipment. International orders: within 60 days. You must report the loss within 7 days after that period ends.
Does Shipping Protection cover theft after delivery?
Yes, if the package is marked "Delivered" and is believed stolen. You may need to provide a police report, security camera footage, carrier documentation, or a written statement. Claims without sufficient evidence may be denied.
What is NOT covered?
Incorrect shipping addresses you entered, customs delays, refused packages, packages left unattended at your request, product defects unrelated to shipping, normal wear and tear, and any order without Shipping Protection purchased at checkout.
Can I get a refund for the Shipping Protection fee?
The fee is non-refundable once the order has shipped. It is refundable only if your order is canceled before shipment.
