For just 3% of your product total (excluding tax and shipping), you get coverage from shipment to delivery. Claims are reviewed within 3–5 business days, with replacements or refunds offered at ETENWOLF's discretion. Note: Currently out of stock.

How do I file a claim for a lost or damaged package?
Email support@etenwolf.com with your order number, full name, a description of the issue, and any supporting documents (e.g., photos of outer packaging, damaged product, shipping label). Claims are reviewed within 3–5 business days.
When is a package considered lost?
For US domestic orders: if tracking hasn't updated to “Delivered” within 30 days of shipment. For international orders: within 60 days. You must report a lost package within 7 days after that period ends.
Does Shipping Protection cover theft after delivery?
Yes, but you may be required to provide a police report, security camera footage, carrier documentation, and/or a written statement. Claims without sufficient supporting evidence may be denied.
Can I get a refund for the Shipping Protection fee?
The fee is non-refundable once the order has shipped. It is refundable only if the order is canceled before shipment.
What is NOT covered by Shipping Protection?
It does not cover: incorrect addresses entered by you, customs delays, refused deliveries, packages left unattended at your request, product defects unrelated to shipping, or normal wear and tear. Coverage only applies if you purchased this option at checkout.
