ETENWOLF Shipping Protection gives you peace of mind for every order. For just 3% of your total product value (excluding taxes and shipping), your eligible orders are covered against loss, damage, misdelivery, and theft during transit. It's an optional add‑on available at checkout to safeguard your purchase from the moment it ships until it arrives safely at your door.

- Loss coverage – If tracking hasn't updated to “Delivered” after 30 days (US) or 60 days (international), we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
- Damage coverage – Receive a replacement or refund for items damaged in transit when reported within 7 days with supporting photos.
- Misdelivery coverage – If the carrier delivers to the wrong address, we'll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.

What is not covered by Shipping Protection?
Exclusions include: customer‑entered incorrect shipping addresses, customs delays, orders returned due to customer refusal, packages left unattended at the customer's request, product defects unrelated to shipping, and normal wear and tear. Coverage only applies if you purchased Shipping Protection at checkout.
How do I file a claim?
